Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Lead 3mber Marketing, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the services.

Services

Lead 3mber Marketing provides Google Ads marketing services to (and not exclusively) service-based businesses in UAE.

Payment and Invoicing

Clients are required to pay for services as agreed upon in the service contract. Invoices are issued based on the services provided and are subject to the payment terms specified in the agreement.

All content and materials provided by Lead 3mber Marketing remain the intellectual property of the company. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use such materials without prior written consent.

Intellectual Property

Lead 3mber Marketing respects the privacy of its clients. Any information shared during the provision of services will be treated with confidentiality, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Confidentiality

Cancellation policies are outlined in the service agreement. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the terms specified in the agreement.

Cancellations and Refunds

Lead 3mber Marketing reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the modified terms.

Changes to Terms

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.

Governing Law

Lead 3mber Marketing is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use of our services. Clients use our services at their own risk.
